# Heartwood Marketing & AI Solutions

> Heartwood installs AI Employees inside small businesses to run marketing, sales, quoting, operations, and back-office admin, so owners and office managers stop drowning in busywork.

Heartwood Marketing & AI Solutions is a Texas-based studio (P.O. Box 1823, Seguin, TX 78156 · 830-481-9629) led by Melissa Elizondo. We combine 10+ years of marketing with AI work dating back to 2019: clear StoryBrand messaging, websites launched in days, weekly ad and SEO/AEO optimization, and AI Employees installed inside the business.

## What we do

- Install AI Employees ("The AI Workforce") that handle calls, follow-up, scheduling, quoting, invoicing, content, and admin 24/7.
- Build conversion-focused websites in days, not months.
- Run Google and Meta ads, optimized weekly, with plain-English reporting.
- Win visibility in Google and in AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) through SEO + AEO.
- Deliver StoryBrand messaging, sales funnels, and automated email.

## Who we serve

General contractors and subcontractors (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, welding, electrical, construction, flooring, landscaping), real estate, insurance agencies, auto repair shops, salons, gyms, manufacturers, and other small business owners, primarily in the Guadalupe-area and greater San Antonio / New Braunfels region, serving clients across the United States.
