SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program description and consent

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on a Heartwood Marketing & AI Solutions form, you agree to receive text messages from Heartwood Marketing & AI Solutions. These may include appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions, workshop and event details, service updates, and, where separately opted in, promotional offers.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Typically you will receive no more than 4 to 8 messages per month.

3. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

4. Opting out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you are messaging with. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages.

5. Getting help (HELP)

6. Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

7. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
