AI Employees

Not another tool.
Your next best hire.

We install an AI Employee inside your business. It runs your marketing, your operations, your quoting, and your follow-up. It learns how you already work, it does not call in sick, and it never lets a lead sit overnight.

24/7
Always on shift
< 5 min

Runs 4+ departments

You do not need another tool. You need another set of hands.

You are already stretched. The quotes go out and nobody follows up. The content never gets posted. The invoices get done at 10pm. You have thought about hiring, but a good admin costs $45,000 a year plus training, plus turnover, plus the three months before they are actually useful.

An AI Employee is the other option. It costs a fraction of a hire, it is trained on your process instead of a generic playbook, and it starts producing in the first week.

The job description

Put it to work where it hurts most.

Same employee, different hats. Start it in one department and hand it the next once it has earned it.

Marketing

The one who never misses a week

Your AI Employee writes and schedules your content, keeps your blog and social alive, drafts email campaigns in your voice, and repurposes one job site photo into a week of posts. No more 'we'll get to it next month.'

  • Weekly content calendar, written and scheduled
  • Email and SMS campaigns drafted in your tone
  • Review requests sent after every closed job
  • Landing page and ad copy on demand
Operations

The one who keeps everything on the rails

It tracks jobs, chases the missing paperwork, keeps your project list honest, and tells you what is slipping before the customer does. It is the person who remembers everything nobody has time to remember.

  • Job and project tracking with daily status
  • Document, COI, and permit chasing
  • Internal SOPs written down and enforced
  • Monday summary of what moved and what stalled
Quoting & Estimating

The one who turns a phone call into a number

It takes the site notes, pulls your pricing, and builds the estimate in your format. Then it follows up on it at day 3, day 7, and day 14 without being reminded.

  • Estimates built from your pricing and templates
  • Proposal and scope documents formatted your way
  • Automatic bid follow-up sequences
  • A live list of every quote still sitting out there
Sales & Follow-Up

The one who answers before your competitor does

Every lead gets a reply in under five minutes, every hour of every day. It qualifies, books the call, and pushes it to your calendar and CRM. Nothing sits in an inbox overnight.

  • Instant reply to calls, forms, texts, and DMs
  • Qualifying questions asked before you spend time
  • Appointments booked straight to your calendar
  • CRM notes and tags updated automatically
Admin & Back Office

The one who clears the 10pm kitchen-table work

Invoices, payroll prep, scheduling, data entry, inbox triage. The work that keeps owners and office managers up late gets handled while you sleep.

  • Invoice prep and payment reminders
  • Payroll and timesheet preparation
  • Inbox triage and drafted replies
  • Scheduling and dispatch coordination

The night shift

It works while you sleep.

Your crew clocks out at five. The work that used to wait until tomorrow gets done overnight, so the morning starts with results instead of a to-do list.

Follow-ups already sent

Day-3, day-7, and day-14 bid follow-ups go out on their own schedule, not when someone finally remembers.

Leads answered at 2am

A form fill at midnight gets a real reply, qualifying questions, and a booked slot before you open your laptop.

Monday recap waiting

What moved, what stalled, what quotes are still sitting out there, in your inbox before the first coffee.

Paperwork chased down

Missing COIs, unsigned change orders, and overdue invoices get nudged overnight so the morning is clear.

The install

How the hire happens.

01

We meet your business

One 30-minute call. We map how work actually flows through your shop, where the leaks are, and which role is costing you the most time and money right now.

02

We connect the tools

Your AI Employee gets plugged into what you already use: your CRM, email, calendar, phone, project software, and files. It learns your pricing, your tone, and your checks and balances before it does anything.

03

It starts on one job

We put it to work on a single role first, usually bid follow-up or content, so you see real output in the first week instead of a six-month rollout.

04

It takes on more

Once it proves out, we hand it the next role. Most businesses have it running three or four departments within a couple of months.

You stay in control

Autonomous, not unsupervised.

It is an employee, not a loose cannon. It proposes, you decide. The same way you would not hand a brand new hire the checkbook on day one, your AI Employee earns more rope as it proves out.

  • It asks first on anything it cannot undo. Nothing goes to a customer without the approval rules you set.
  • Per-person permissions. Your office manager, your PM, and your estimator each see and control what belongs to them.
  • Access is granted the way you would grant it to a new hire, and revoked the same way, in one click.
  • Your data stays in your accounts. We do not move it somewhere you cannot reach it.
  • Everything it does is logged, so you can see the work, not just the result.

From the people it works for.

Saved: 10+ hrs/week
I'm the one actually using it day to day. It keeps me on the rails when I want to start ten new projects, it handles the content we couldn't get to before, and it does the work I used to have to fit in around everything else. It's the most efficient version of me, but it doesn't get tired.

Our AI Employee took over the marketing work that used to eat a full week every month. Content, follow-up, and campaign drafts now happen without me chasing them down. That week is back in my business.

This tool is part of my daily activity in virtually everything I do, and I have not found a single item to date that it can't do. I'm still looking.

I'm super glad Melissa shared with me the AI tools to help me be more efficient in my business. She set up and showed me how it will be my best employee, and even better, help my employees be the best.
Dawn LevisOwner · Gruene Insurance Group
I honestly did not think AI was something for me, especially running a nonprofit where there is always so much to keep up with and never enough time. Melissa made it simple. The AI Employee is now handling the things I was constantly falling behind on: social posts, emails, follow-ups, reminders, leads and contacts. The biggest one is finding grant opportunities and helping write the proposals.

Melissa Elizondo has changed my life. The AI employee has changed my whole work process immensely. I have saved so much time, sweat and tears fighting with social media, my calendar and trying to manage a work life balance. It reminds me of things I forget and helps keep me on track.

Melissa set me up with an AI system that takes a lot of the mental load off my plate. It helps me stay on top of tasks and follow-ups without everything living in my head. It's simple, practical, and actually useful day-to-day.

Questions owners ask.

Is it one AI Employee or several?

Usually one, wearing several hats: bid follow-up coordinator, estimator's assistant, content manager, operations tracker. Most owners start in one role and expand from there. Some businesses end up with two or three, each owning a department.

Does it replace my office manager?

No. It works for her. Your office manager stays in charge and stops doing the repetitive work that buries her. Every business we install into keeps a human in the driver's seat.

How long does the install take?

It depends on how many tools you use and how big your team is. Some installs are live in a day; most are running inside two weeks. Connecting it to your existing tools first is what makes the difference.

What if it gets something wrong?

It works inside guardrails we set with you. Anything customer-facing or irreversible waits on approval until you have watched it work and decide to loosen the leash. We tune it every month.

What does it cost?

Installations start at $1,500 per month, including the build, the training, and ongoing tuning. On the call we tell you which role pays for itself first.

Is my data safe?

Your data stays in your accounts. Your AI Employee is given access the same way you would give a new hire access, scoped to what it needs, and it can be revoked at any time.

Ready to put one to work?

Thirty minutes. We look at how your business runs, and you leave knowing exactly which role to hand off first.
